15层大楼爆破拆除技术探讨

摘要(Abstract):

介绍了采用大切口、延时起爆的控制爆破技术拆除了一栋15层剪力墙结构楼房的成功实例。为确保楼体结构充分解体,采用定向倒塌和多节点爆破技术,并对大楼进行了充分的预处理;为减小爆破危害,采取了多段延时爆破技术和安全防护措施,将单次起爆药量降到最低。爆破后证明采用以上技术取得了理想的爆破效果。
A practical example of using big size blasting cut and operated with millisecond controlled blasting technique to realize successful demolition of a 15-storey building was discussed in this paper.For ensuring complete collapse of the building structure,directional collapse and multi-node blasting technique,which were supported by considerate pretreatment of the building,were employed.And for minimizing blasting risk,multi-millisecond operations cooperated with safety prevention measures were adopted.The blasting saw a perfect demolition result and proved the correctness of its employed techniques.
