多种装药方式在黄湾卫生填埋场基坑爆破中的应用Application of multiple charge methods in foundation pit blasting of Huangwan sanitary landfill site

摘要(Abstract):
为了顺利完成黄湾卫生填埋场复杂环境下的爆破工程,首先分析了该工程的特点及难点,然后根据爆破区域周边环境,结合以往类似的施工经验制定爆破方案。先采取多打孔少装药的弱松爆破方式,结合机械开挖的方式形成临空面,再根据小台阶爆破思路,每次爆破布孔以2排三角形的方式。孔底采用间隔装药和局部加强装药,药柱主体不耦合装药,孔口空气间隔填塞,边坡采用预裂爆破。施工中并没有严格区分浅孔爆破与深孔爆破,而是因地制宜,设计了一孔一响非电导爆管起爆网路,在保证松动爆破所需单耗的情况下,进行多元化爆破。爆破结果表明:该多种装药方式联合使用,有效地降低了粉碎区的范围和控制了爆破飞散物,延长爆生气体作用时间,减少根底和孔口大块率,为以后的爆破施工提供了一定的借鉴经验。
In order to successfully complete the blasting project in the complex environment of Huangwan Sanitary Landfill, the characteristics and difficulties of the project are analyzed firstly, and then the blasting plan is formulated based on the surrounding environment of the blasting area and similar construction experience. Firstly, the weak blasting method with multiple punching and less charging was adopted, and the air surface is formed in combination with the mechanical excavation method. According to the small step blasting idea, each blasting holes were in the form of two rows of triangles. The bottom of the hole is provided by a spacer charge and a partial reinforcement charge. The main body of the drug column is not coupled with the charge, the air is filled at the orifice, and the slope is pre-split blast. In the construction, the shallow hole blasting and the deep hole blasting are not strictly distinguished. Instead, a hole and a non-conducting squib detonation network are designed according to local conditions, and diversified blasting is carried out under the condition of ensuring the unit consumption required for loose blasting. The blasting results show that the combination of multiple charging methods effectively reduces the range of the crushing zone and controls the blasting of scattered materials, prolongs the gas action time, reduces the rate of roots and orifices, and provides a certain reference experience for the future construction.
