空气间隔装药对混凝土爆破效应的数值模拟

摘要(Abstract):

为了了解空气间隔装药条件下,药柱爆炸对混凝土破碎效应的影响,利用AUTODYN-2D软件建立空气间隔装药模型,研究不同条件下的爆破效应。模拟结果表明,与耦合装药相比,空气间隔装药能显著降低炮孔初始压力,因而可减少炮孔周围混凝土的过度破碎。同时也分析了空气柱的位置、长度、起爆位置以及炸药类型对混凝土破碎效应的影响。
This paper focuses on the fragmentation of concrete subjected to detonation load by explosives in borehole under air-decking charge.AUTODYN-2 D model is established to investigate the effects of air-decking charge on the fragmentation of concrete.The numerical results show that compared with the fully coupling borehole,air-decking charge can reduce the initial borehole pressure.Therefore the undersize fragmentation zone is reduced.The effects of air-decking locations,ratios,initiation locations,and explosives types are taken into consideration and comparisons among these are performed to demonstrate influences of these parameters.
