立体交叉隧道爆破振动响应分析Analysis of blasting vibration response of crossing tunnel

摘要(Abstract):
为了研究两隧道立体交叉时上方新建隧道爆破对下方隧道的影响,通过数值仿真分析上方隧道采用两种不同方法爆破施工对下方隧道衬砌的影响。结果表明:上方隧道采用两台阶法下台阶爆破时,下方隧道衬砌振速最大值超过了振速阈值;采用三台阶爆破时,下方隧道衬砌振速明显减小,且振速均在安全阈值之内;上方隧道爆破后,下方隧道衬砌拱顶振速和振动加速度圈从内到外衰减。爆破振动使下方隧道衬砌在拱顶处出现应力最大值。两台阶与三台阶爆破振速相比,三台阶法预留下台阶可以使振速衰减的更明显。
In order to study the impact of the blasting of the upper tunnel on the lower tunnel when the two tunnels intersect, numerical simulation is used to analyze the influence of the upper tunnel using two different methods of blasting on the lower tunnel lining. The results show that when the upper tunnel adopts the two-step method, the maximum value of the vibration velocity of the lower tunnel lining exceeds the vibration velocity threshold; When the three-step blasting is adopted, the vibration velocity of the lower tunnel lining is significantly reduced, and the vibration velocity is within the safe threshold. After the upper tunnel is blasted, the vibration velocity and vibration acceleration circle of the lower tunnel lining vault attenuates from the inside to the outside. The blasting vibration caused the maximum stress of the tunnel lining below the vault. Two-step blasting vibration velocity is compared with three-step blasting, the three-step method reserves lower steps to attenuate the vibration velocity.
