爆破震动效应控制技术综合分析

摘要(Abstract):

爆破地震是工程爆破中的主要爆破危害之一,爆破震动的破坏强度随装药爆炸释放能量的增加而增大。本文从控制爆破能量源和爆破能量的传递过程两个主要方面分析探讨降低爆破震动作用,提出诸如合理选择炸药品种、严格控制同段起爆药量、采取分散微分装药并优化装药结构、延时爆破、以及开挖减震沟、边坡钻凿缓冲减震孔和采用预裂爆破技术等有效减震方法和措施。同时强调应加强现场震动的监测和爆破地震波衰减规律的研究,以确保安全爆破。
Blasting vibration is one of the predominant damages in engineering blasting.The damage strength of blasting vibration increases with the increasing in released energy from the charge explosion.The paper discussed the methods of reducing blasting vibration in the two aspects of controlling of the blasting energy source and blasting energy transformation,including reasonably selecting the kind of explosive,strictly controlling the volume of detonating charge,applying micro charge in each hole and optimizing the charge structure,employing millisecond blasting,digging ditches which used to reduce vibration,drilling holes in order to lower the vibration at the slope and using presplitting blasting technology and so on.Meanwhile,the author emphasized the importance of the monitoring of blasting vibration at spot and of studying on attenuation law of blasting seismic wave so as to assure a safety blast.
