U型拉槽爆破在侯饭线路基开挖中的应用

摘要(Abstract):

研究了U型拉槽爆破与预裂爆破、光面爆破和毫秒延时爆破相结合的综合爆破技术;重点介绍了按照宽间距、小抵抗线的布孔原则,当排距固定后,根据地形地质和炸药品种调整装药间距,用填塞长度最后控制装药量的U型拉槽爆破布孔方法;并讨论了深孔大区域毫秒延时爆破的参数选择,电雷管与导爆管雷管组成混合起爆网路的设计方法,以及爆破安全校核等技术问题。
The comprehensive blasting technology which combines U kerf blasting with presplitting blasting and smooth blasting and millisecond delay blasting was studied.The principle of borehole arrange-ment based on wide hole spacing with small burden was discussed in detail.The method of blast-hole ar-rangement included such procedures as when the row spacing was determined the charging space was regu-lated based on landform and geology and the employed explosives,and based on the regulated row spacing,the charge quantity was finally determined by the stamping length.The paper also discussed the determina-tion of the parameters for long hole-large area MS delay blasting,and the design method of ignition net-work by combining employment of electric detonator and conducting tube.Besides,the technologies of blas-ting safety correction were also discussed.
