线型聚能切割器在不同连接角度下切割能力的研究

摘要(Abstract):

分析了线型聚能装药的切割原理,通过试验研究发现,线型切割器在不同连接角度下,连接处和相连的切割器具有不同的切割能力,能够实现不同的切割效果。经过多次试验,得出线型聚能切割器连接角度大于等于45°时,能满足爆轰传播的条件,但接头处未切断钢板;而连接角大于等于90°时,切割器可以完全切断所要切割的部位。从而切割器的正确连接可减少工程雷管的使用数量,简化起爆网路、提高可靠性,对工程爆破的设计具有一定的参考价值。
This paper analyzes the incising theory of linear shaped charge.Through the study it can be recognized that linear shaped charge cutters and joints have the different incising ability and realize the different incising effect at different angle.After many experiments,it can be concluded that the bursting condition can be satisfied when the connecting angle of linear shaped charge cutters is 45 degrees or bigger than this,however,the steel plate under the joint of linear shaped charge cutters isn't cut off completely.When the connecting angle is 90 degrees or bigger than this,the part of steel plate that to be incised is cut off completely by the linear shaped charge cutters.Thus,the correct connection of linear shaped charge cutters can reduce the quantity of the engineering primers,simplify the detonating network and raise the credibility.The study has the higher reference value to the design of engineering blasting.
