摘要(Abstract)：
对于一个人口和建筑物高度密集的国际大都市来说，政府对民用爆炸品的严格管理和监控是十分重要的。本文介绍了香港在这方面的成功经验，并概述了一些在香港得到成功应用的国际上的先进爆破技术。
Strict administration and effective control of commercial explosion products by the government are very important for an international large city with a high density of population and buildings. A successful sample, Hong Kong, is introduced and some advanced blasting techniques used sucCessfully in Hong Kong are briefly described in this paper.
