基于S型曲线的爆破挤淤工后沉降预测Prediction of settlement after excavation of silt by blasting based on S-shape curve

摘要(Abstract):
针对防波堤抛石爆破挤淤工后沉降的不规律性、不稳定性,受软土层地质条件、抛石块度和工期的影响,在完工后可能存在工后沉降不稳定、沉降量超出阈值等问题,基于浙江石化绿色项目基地南防波堤工程工后的沉降观测数据,采用S型增长曲线对沉降趋量进行拟合分析并预测。研究结果表明:深厚淤泥爆破挤淤工后沉降的预测值在当实际观测天数不足时,工后沉降的预测不准确;当观测天数足够时,预测值与实际观测值具有较好的一致性,对同地区的类似工程具有一定的参考价值。
In view of the irregularity and instability of the settlement after the construction of the breakwater by riprap blasting, and affected by the geological conditions of the soft soil layer, the fragmentation degree of the riprap and the construction period, there may be some problems after the completion of the breakwater, such as the settlement instability and the settlement exceeding the threshold value. Based on the settlement observated data of the south breakwater of Zhejiang Petrochemical green project base, the S-shape growth curve is used to fit, analyze and predict the settlement trend. The research results show that the predicted value of the settlement after the construction of the deep silt blasting and squeezing is not accurate when the actual observation days are insufficient; when the observation days are enough, the predicted value is consistent with the actual observated value, which has certain reference for similar projects in the same area.
