合理掏槽方法和爆破参数提高平巷掘进爆破率的实践

摘要(Abstract):

针对某铁矿水平巷道掘进爆破效率较低的问题,确定了掏槽方式和爆破参数是其主要影响因素。通过施工现场的试验结果对双楔形、单螺旋、九孔三种掏槽方式加以比较,选取最为合理的掏槽方式和爆破参数。实践表明,采用单螺旋掏槽方式提高了平巷掘进爆破效率,取得了良好的经济效益。
Regarding the low blasting efficiency in the excavation of drift in one iron deposit,the paper taken the cutting method and blasting parameters as the main influencing factors;and selected out the reasonable cutting method and blasting parameters based on the test results performed in site by comparing the three cutting modes of the double cuneiform,the single helix and the nine hole.The construction practice indicated that the blasting efficiency in drift was improved and good economic benefits were obtained by the adoption of single helix cutting mode.
