高硫矿现场混装乳化炸药研究及应用

摘要(Abstract):

为解决缅甸莱比塘铜矿出现高硫矿与硝酸铵自发反应冒黄烟的问题,改进了现场混装乳化炸药配方并进行了矿山应用实验。检测了莱比塘铜矿的钻屑粒度、硫铁含量,从添加抑制剂、改变油膜强度等角度研制了高硫矿用现场混装乳化炸药,分析了成孔时间对乳化炸药与矿样接触反应的影响程度。结果表明,添加水相抑制剂可以有效抑制硫化矿与乳化炸药的反应速率,矿样存放时间对其与炸药的反应具有重要影响,研制的新型乳化炸药可以用于高硫矿山的爆破作业。
In order to solve the problem of yellow fume that caused by spontaneously reacts between high sulfur ore and AN in Leipzitang copper mine of Myanmar,the field mixed emulsion explosive formula was improved and the mine application test was carried out The production ground station of mixed emulsion explosive has detected the drilling cuttings particle size and the content of ferric sulfate in Monywa copper mine.The results show that the addition of water-phase inhibitor can effectively inhibit the reaction rate of sulfide mineral and emulsion explosive,and the storage time of ore sample has an important influence on the reaction between sulfide mineral and explosive.The new emulsion explosive developed can be used in the blasting operation of high sulfur mines.
