联体砖混结构圆筒仓的控制爆破拆除DEMOLITION OF THE BRICK-CONCRETE STRUCTURE SILO BY CONTROLLED BLASTING

摘要(Abstract):
介绍了设有提升机房的联体砖混圆筒仓的控制爆破拆除。对圆筒仓间仓壁重叠部前端的"x"型部分进行了爆破预拆除,充分考虑爆破切口形状的影响合理选择爆破参数,利用中间通道作定向窗,设置减荷窗及合理的延时时间,保证了联体结构的整体失稳,避免了筒仓整体下坐而产生后坐或倒塌不充分。可为同类工程提供借鉴。
Blasting demolition of connected brick-concrete structure silo with hoist engine house was introduced.The front "x" type part between the warehouse walls of the silo was pre-demolished.The reasonable blasting parameters were selected fully considered the influence of the blasting cut shape.The middle channel was selected as directional window and necessary load reducing window and reasonable delay time were set,thus ensuring the overall instability of conjoined structure and avoiding back ward collapse or inadequate collapsed,which can provide a reference for similar projects.
