微差爆破技术在连体池水压爆破拆除中的应用

摘要(Abstract):

介绍了涟钢焦化厂污水处理系统高强度连体池水压爆破拆除的施工实践。对于容积大、结构强度高的池体 ,以及较高的爆破安全要求 ,水压爆破用药量的确定以及爆破有害效应的控制非常关键。在爆破实践中 ,先按有关经验公式初定药量 ,再通过试爆 ,合理调整并最终确定用药量。同时 ,对微差爆破技术在水压控制爆破中的应用进行了尝试和探索
This paper introduces the practice on demolishing the high-strength interlinked ponds for sewage disposal in Lianyuan Iron and Steel Factory by water-pressure blasting.Determination of charge weights for water-pressure blasting and control of harmful effects from blasting are very important for the large-volume and high-strength ponds and for high demand of blasting safety.First of all,preliminary charge weight for a pond is determined in a relative empiric formula in blasting practice.Then,this charge weight is reasonably adjusted and actual charge weight finally determined based on trial blasts.Furthermore,application of millisecond blasting technology in water pressure blasting is tried.
