环形切割器性能数值模拟研究RESEARCH ON NUMERICAL SIMULATION OF CUTTING CAPABILITY FOR ANNULAR CUMULATIVE CHARGE

摘要(Abstract):
现代大型水面舰艇大多采用多层舱室、复合装甲甲板、侧舷等技术,提高抗打击能力,这就要求半穿甲反舰导弹战斗部需要有更大的侵彻能力,才能有效对海上大型水面舰艇实施有效的打击。采用环形切割器作为高效毁伤战斗部的前级,可大大提高战斗部的威力。本文利用LS-DYNA建立了数值仿真模型,分析了射流形态、射流速度、起爆方式等影响环形切割器破甲的因素。仿真结果表明:药型罩开口直径6cm,可以有效切割5cm厚靶板。
Modern naval vessels generally adopt multi-airproof cabins and complex deck and shipboard to reinforce their capability of Anti-Attack Impact,and as a result,anti-ship missile should enhance its attacking power to effectively destroy large surface naval ships.Using Annular Cumulative Charge as the fore-warhead is of improving the capability of damage of warhead,and is simulated in this paper by the DYNA-3D Nonlinear Dynamic Analysis finite element program.Results show that the 6cm hatch in diameter could take the job for cutting steel board of 5cm thickness.
