摘要(Abstract):
介绍了采用控制爆破技术拆除一栋3单元17层剪力墙结构楼房的成功实例。由于环境限制,必须控制爆堆范围,采取原地坍塌与定向倒塌相结合的爆破方案;为了确保结构充分解体和减小爆堆高度,采取了层层装药的装药设计;为减小爆破危害采取孔内秒延时和孔外毫秒延时相结合的技术,将单响起爆药量降到最低。爆破后证明采用以上技术取得了非常理想的爆破效果。
The paper introduced a practical example of successful demolition of a 17-storey building in reinforced conrete shear wall structure by controlled blasting.Because of restricted surroundings,the muckpile must be controlled,which suggested a blasting program combining controlled blasting with collapsing in situ should be employed.In order to ensure the vertical collapse,complete disintegration and a minimized muckpile area,some technological measures such as preliminary demolition,drilling and charging in each floor were taken,and for diminishing blasting damage,down-hole second blasting and out-hole millisecond blasting were used to reduce charge quantity in single shot.The blasting reached very ideal result and verified the technologies designed in this project.
