摘要(Abstract)：

为了确保民爆器材在使用、储存、运输环节的安全,提出了一种基于专卖公司配送爆破器材的新管理模式———"零库存"。文中介绍了在中山市试行"零库存"管理模式的概念,阐述了这种管理模式所带来的社会效益。此外,对全面推行"零库存"管理模式的必要性和可行性进行了详细的讨论。
A new management mode,"zero-stock",based on distribution and delivery of explosive materials by a monopoly company was put forward for ensuring the safety in use,store and transport of explosive materials.In this paper,the general situation on trial implementation of the"zero-stock" management mode in Zhongshan city was introduced and the social benefits produced by this mode were expatiated.In addition,the necessity and feasibility of extensively pursuing the"zero-stock" management mode were discussed in detail.
