摘要(Abstract)：

作者参加了 1 999年 8月在南非召开的“第六届国际爆破破岩学术会议”。本文介绍了本届学术会议的基本情况 ,从七个方面全面系统地评述了当前国际爆破破岩学术研究动态和应用成果 ,并结合我国实际情况 ,对我国炸药与爆破技术发展谈了几点体会和建议
Authors attended the academic symposium of Fragblast′ 6, Johannesburg, the Republic of South Africa, 8～12 August 1999. In this paper, the basic situation of this symposium is introduced, and present development and research achievement application of international blasting and fragmentation are systematically reviewed from seven respects. In accordance with practical situation of China, a few of understandings and proposals on the development of Chinese explosives and blasting techniques are discussed.
