摘要(Abstract):
阜朝高速公路施工中,有大量的土石方需要爆破,用传统的爆破方法会出现爆破振动大、爆破次数多、块度大的问题。通过方案对比决定采用逐孔起爆技术,这种爆破方式能进行一次爆破、振动小、块度均匀。本文介绍了逐孔起爆原理、爆破参数设计及网路的连接,同时对爆破振动进行了安全校核并对爆破飞石进行了控制。
The fact that blasitng large quantity of earth and stone in highway subgrade excavation by traditional blasting methods brings out violent vibration arises the necessity of reducing the number of blasting and ratio of mass. Final adopted hole-by-hole blasting technology based on program comparison and demonstration has reached this purpose through only one explosion. The present paper described the theory of hole-by-hole blasting, the design of parameters and the network connection. And meanwhile, it also discussed the safety verification of blasting vibration and the control of blasting fly-rock.
