摘要(Abstract):
爆破拆除公路桥,根据桥体上部结构的特点,设计各墩身爆破切口的高度和形状,使之在塌落的过程中,受到最有利于其解体的向上瞬间冲击力的作用。在施工时,对钢筋混凝土墩身实施预处理,割断切口范围内的钢筋,不仅能获得最佳的拆除效果,而且还能减少炸药单耗,降低工程成本。
When a highway bridge is demolished by blasting method, the height and shape of blasting cut on bridge piers are designed according to the features of bridge superstructure, so that the superstructure under collapsing can get an upward impacting action most favorable to its disintegration. In the process of constructing, the piers are pretreated, that is, the steel bars in the range of a cut are cut off, which can produce an optimal demolition result and lower the powder factor with reduced project cost.
