岩石系数A值在预测爆破块度分布中的应用Application of the rock coefficient Ain prediction of blasting fragmentation distribution

摘要(Abstract):
针对工程要求的多种规格石料级配开采难题,以新疆阿尔塔什水电站的排水料开采为工程背景,采用现场调研、模型预测、参数修正和实验验证等方法,研究了岩石系数A值在预测爆破岩石块度分布中的应用。实验结果表明:通过采用基于实验确定岩石系数A值的Kuz-Ram模型得到的爆破块度预测曲线与实际筛分结果更加接近,相关性更高,比传统的经验取值更准确、有效和可靠;排水料碾压前后的级配对比实验表明,用修正A值指导阿尔塔什水电站排水料的爆破开采是可行且有效的。
For the mining problems of different dimensions stones in many engineering requirements,based on the background of the drainage material mining in Xinjiang Altash hydropower station.The site investigation,model prediction,parameter correction and experimental verification are used to investigated the application of rock coefficient Ain predicting rock fragmentation distribution.The testing results show that the blasting fragmentation prediction curve obtained is closer to the actual screening result using the Kuz-Ram mathematical model based on the rock coefficient A value determined by experiment.Compared to gradation before and after rolling materials,it is feasible to guide the mining of drainage materials of Altash hydropower station using the modified A.
