摘要(Abstract)：
提出了可用于预报和控制爆破振速传播规律的经验公式和一期土石围堰的安全爆破振动控制指标；根据对观测成果的综合分析，论述了一期土石围堰的安全性。
The experimental formula which might be used to forecasting and controlling blasting,for propagation law of blasting vibration velocity and its safety control criteria in the first phase of rock-and-earth cofferdam engineering is put forward in this paper.The safety of the first phase of rock-and-earth cofferdam according to the comprehensive analysis on the surveying results is discussed.
