黄岛LPG地下储库开挖爆破的振动效应研究

摘要(Abstract):

结合实测地表爆破振动速度数据,基于量纲分析理论,提出了考虑爆源埋深的爆破振动速度公式,对黄岛LPG地下储库开挖爆破的振动效应进行了研究。研究表明:对于地下储库开挖爆破,考虑爆源埋深的爆破振动速度公式比萨道夫斯基公式的预测精度更高,但当爆源埋深与爆心距的比值≥0.85时,可以使用萨道夫斯基公式来预测爆破振动速度;垂直向振动速度峰值较大,施工过程中应重点监测;爆破振动速度随爆源埋深的增加呈衰减趋势,不存在爆破振动速度的放大效应。研究结果可为后续的类似研究提供一定的参考。
Combining with measured ground velocity data of blasting vibration and based on the theory of dimension analysis,the formula of blasting vibration velocity was presented which considering the buried depth of explosion source,and vibration effects of excavation blasting of Huangdao LPG underground reservoir was studied.Research shows that the formula of blasting vibration velocity considering the buried depth of explosion source has a higher prediction precision compared with Sodev′s empirical formula for the blasting excavation of underground reservoir.However,when the ratio of buried depth of explosion source and distance is larger than 0.85,it can be replaced by Sodev′s empirical formula.Vertical vibration velocity peak has a larger value,so it should be focused on monitoring in the construction process.Blasting vibration velocity decreases with the increase of buried depth of explosion source,and amplification effect of blasting vibration velocity does not exist.The results have certain reference significance for subsequent similar studies.
