下穿隧道掘进爆破地表振动波传播规律Propagation law of surface vibration waves by underpass tunnel excavation blasting

摘要(Abstract):
为解决新建隧道下穿既有村庄爆破施工的安全难题,运用理论分析和现场监测手段,针对新建隧道爆破振动荷载作用下地表建筑物的振动响应及振动波衰减规律进行深入研究。结果表明:爆破振动传播规律受地质条件和测试方位的影响较大,3个方向的振动信号分别用萨道夫斯基公式进行回归分析,拟合效果良好,其中垂直方向振动信号拟合出的场地系数k值偏大,衰减指数α值偏小;频率对爆破振动强度存在不可忽略的影响,构建考虑频率影响的振速预测模型更符合实际,并给出下穿隧道掘进爆破的损伤范围为R≤42.6 m。
In order to solve the safety problem of the existing village caused by tunnel blasting below, the vibration response and vibration wave attenuation law of the surface buildings under the blasting vibration loads of the building tunnel are studied by using the theoretical analysis and field monitoring methods. The results show that the propagation law of blasting vibration is greatly affected by the geological conditions and testing positions. The vibration signals in 3 directions are analyzed by Sadovsky formula respectively, and the fitting effect is good. The site coefficient k value fitted by the vertical vibration signal is larger, and the attenuation index α value is smaller. The influence of frequency on blasting vibration intensity cannot be ignored. Therefore, the vibration velocity prediction formula considering the influence of frequency is more realistic, and the damage range of excavation blasting R≤42.6 m.
