摘要(Abstract)：

重点介绍我国东北地区严寒季节水下深孔爆破药量计算、炮孔布置、起爆技术，尤其是零下几十度条件下的施工方法与施工工艺。
This paper mainly introduces the charging calculation, drilling pattern, priming technology and constructing method of underwater deephole blasting in severe cold seasons, particularly at dozens degrees below zero centigrade, in northeast China.
