摘要(Abstract):

为了解决硬梁包水电站地下厂房中导洞顶拱开挖光面爆破效果差、半孔率低、平整度不好的问题,通过查找原爆破方案及钻爆作业过程中存在的问题,分析原方案光爆效果差的原因,提出了相应的改进思路;通过一系列光面爆破试验,确定了合理的光爆参数:周边孔间距45 cm、周边孔抵抗线55~60 cm、孔内装药间隔62.5~66.0 cm、线装药密度120~135 g/m,同时为整个地下厂房开挖初步确定了可供参考的光爆参数。试验结果表明:对于较完整的Ⅲ类以上围岩,只要选择合理的光面爆破参数,精细化钻孔爆破作业,光面爆破半孔率均能达到90%以上,平均径向超挖值均能控制在规范要求范围内。
During the crown excavation of the pilot tunnel in the underground powerhouse of Yingliangbao Hydropower Station, in order to solve the problems of poor smooth blasting result, low half-hole ratio and poor flatness, the original blasting scheme and the drilling and blasting operation process were checked, the causes of the poor blasting result were analyzed, and corresponding improvement ideas were put forward. By carrying out a series of smooth blasting tests, the reasonable smooth blasting parameters are determined: the spacing between the peripheral hole holes shall be 45 cm, the resistance line of the peripheral hole shall be 55-60 cm, the charge interval in the drilled holes shall be 62.5-66.0 cm, and the explosive loading density in line shall be 120-135 g/m, which also offers a preliminary reference for the smooth blasting parameters for the entire underground excavation of the powerhouse. The testing results show that for the surrounding rock of class Ⅲ or above, as long as a reasonable smooth blasting parameters is adopted and fine drilling and blasting operations are carried out, the half-hole ratio of smooth blasting can reach more than 90%, the average radial over-excavation value can be controlled within the requirements of the specification.
