摘要(Abstract):
针对贵州兴钛石拱桥爆破环境复杂的情况,采用延时起爆技术控制爆破有害效应,将桥体分成4段,5个爆破切口,爆破切口间延时110ms,并利用有限元分析软件ANSYS/LS-DYNA中SOL-ID164体单元建立模型,模拟石拱桥爆破拆除倒塌过程,通过对实际爆破效果和数值模拟倒塌过程进行对比分析,解体过程与爆体触地时间非常吻合,表明数值模拟结果可为实际爆破拆除方案的确定提供参考。
According to the complex surroundings of Xingtai stone arch bridge,the delay initiation was used to control the blasting harm effects.The bridge was divided into four parts,five blasting notches,and the delay time was 110ms.The model was built with the SOLID 164 element of the finite element software ANSYS/LS-DYNA to simulate the collapse process of the stone arch bridge.According to the comparative study of the actual blasting effects and the numerical simulation collapse process,the process of the collapse and the hit ground time were exactly matched,which showed the simulation result could provide reference for actual blasting demolition.
