摘要(Abstract)：

根据安钢集团2#石灰竖炉结构特点,爆破拆除炉衬的方案分三部分进行:上部炉衬采用爆破方法破坏炉衬环型砌体结构,使衬砖悬空,在重力作用下失稳脱落;中部炉衬采用留碴法打孔装药,电雷管一次齐爆;下部极少量炉衬采用人工加机械方法拆除。整个拆除爆破达到了安全、快速、高效的目的。
Based on the structure features of 2^# lime shaft furnace of Angang Group,the technical scheme of demolition of its liner by blasting was determined.The demolition was conducted in three steps.The upper liner was demolished by destroying bricklaying annulation,hanging the liner brick and making it collapse by its own gravity;in the demolition of the middle section,charge by drilling were employed and electric detonators were used to burst simultaneously;the liner remaining below was cleaned by manpower plus mechanical means.The blasting was a safety,speediness and high efficiency one in the whole cleaning process.
