摘要(Abstract)：

金堆城钼业公司引进了美国 1116型乳化炸药配方和生产技术。然而 ,这种炸药质量不稳定、技术性能差。为此 ,在 1116型乳化炸药配方的基础上 ,经过调整和试验 ,研制出TM系列乳化炸药。本文介绍了TM系列乳化炸药的主要组分及其作用 ,并在技术性能上与 1116型乳化炸药进行了对比。通过TM系列乳化炸药在露天矿深孔爆破中的应用 ,证实了其爆炸性能和单耗均优于 1116配方 ,从而改善了生产爆破的质量 ,节省了炸药 ,取得了较好的经济效果。
Jinduicheng Molybdenum Company introduced America 1116-type emulsion explosive formula and its production technology.However,this explosive has unstable quality and poor technological performances.For these reasons,the TM-series emulsion explosives were worked out by the adjustment and tests based on the formula of 1116-type emulsion explosive.In this paper,the components of TM-series emulsion explosives and their functions were presented and compared with 1116-type emulsion explosive in technological performances.Through application of TM-series emulsion explosives in deep-hole blasting in open pit,it is confirmed that it has an advantage over 1116-type emulsion explosive in explosion performance and powder factor.Therefore,the quality of production blasting is improved,explosive consumption decreased and a good economic result gained.
