城镇爆破电子雷管延时优选工程实践

摘要(Abstract):

介绍了隆芯1号数码电子雷管在城镇地基开挖中应用的情况,及其控制爆破振动的方法———通过工程试验选择振动效果最佳的延时实施爆破。爆破效果显示新型雷管的使用有效地降低了爆破振动,仅为采用导爆管爆破的40%;新的爆破方法加快了工程进度,效益显著。该电子雷管具有的灵活、精确、可靠的特点,为爆破理论进一步的研究提供了有力的支持。
Application of Lux No.1 electronic detonators in excavating foundation in towns were introduced,and the method of control blasting vibration using it that delay time of blasting vibration effect optimization was selected to blast was also introduced.Blasting effect showed that blast vibration was obviously reduced by using Lux No.1 electronic detonators and was 40 percent of former blasting using nonel detonator.The construction velocity of the project was quickened and obvious profits were brought out by using the new kind of blasting.The further studies of blasting technology were powerfully supported by its characteristics of flexibility,precision and reliability.
