摘要(Abstract):
一座体育场的Z形框架结构防雨看台每侧长 180m、高 2 8m、宽 2 1m ,总建筑面积 2 2 0 0 0m2 。该构筑物有立柱 5 6根 ,每根柱内有直径 2 5mm的螺纹钢筋 2 4根 ,采用双向折叠控制爆破技术拆除。由于距古墓开挖区和居民区较近 ,要求严格控制爆破震动和飞石。为此 ,将每侧看台分成 5个区段 ,采用分段装药结构 ,以 2 2个时差段起爆 ,使其逐层逐段塌落。爆破历时 4 8s,完全达到预期效果
The Z shape frame structural sheltered stand in a stadium is 180m long per side,28m high and 21m wide,with a construction area of 22000m 2 The structure has 56 pillars and there are 24 reinforcing bars with a diameter of 25mm in every pillar It was demolished by use of controlled blasting technology with bi directional fold collapse Because it is close to an ancient tomb district and resident buildings,strict control of blasting vibration and flying rocks is in great request For this reason,the stand per side was divided into 5 sections,and the decked charging structure and 22 delayed intervals were used so that it collapsed storey by storey and section by section The blasting lasted 4 8 seconds The desired results were completely achieved
