摘要(Abstract):
蓝田至商州高速路C2标崖底连拱隧道,穿越地层复杂,施工要求高。为保证工期和施工质量、安全,针对岩体特征及浅埋偏压段的实际,进行合理的超前支护,采用隧道光面爆破技术,经现场试验,对连拱隧道开挖爆破参数、装药结构和起爆网路进行优化设计;对钻爆、临时支护、量测的施工和管理,提出了合理的质量要求和安全措施,进行绿色施工,达到安全环保、改善爆破效果、降低施工成本的目的。
Passing through very complicated geological stratum,the double ranged arch tunnel under cliff of C2 Section of Lanshang expressway required high quality construction.For the consideration of project schedule,construction quality and safety,reasonable over-front protection and smooth blasting technique were adopted to meet the physical condition of rock mass characteristics and the shallow burying pressed section.After tests in situ,the tunnel excavation parameters,explosive charging structure and ignition network were optimized,which were accompanied by bringing forward reasonable requirements and safety measures for construction and management of drilling blasting,temporary support and measurement responsible for green construction so as to reach the purposes of safety and environment friendly,blasting effect improvement and cost reduction.
