基于层次分析法对楔形掏槽爆破影响因素分析INFLUENCE FACTORS ANALYSIS OF WEDGE SLOTTING BLASTING BASED ON ANALYTICAL HIERARCHY PROCESS

摘要(Abstract):
为了便于楔形掏槽爆破参数的选择,建立了楔形掏槽爆破影响因素指标体系,应用层次分析法(AHP)进行定量化分析。结果表明,炮孔的倾斜角度是影响楔形掏槽爆破的主要因素,权值达到11.15%;岩石的弹性模量、抗压强度、抗拉强度、摩擦角及黏结力影响也比较大,权值均为7.12%;炮孔深度、炸药密度和爆热次之,权值分别为6.88%、6.75%和6.75%。这为楔形掏槽爆破参数选择和爆破设计提供了科学的理论依据。
In order to choose the wedge slotting blasting parameters easily,index system of influence factors of the wedge slotting blasting was established based on fundamental principle of Analytical Hierarchy Process(AHP) and quantitative analyses of the influence factors was carried out by using AHP.The results showed that tilt angle of the perforation was main factor of affecting wedge slotting blasting and its weight value was 11.15%;elastic modulus,compressive strength,tensile strength,friction angle and cohesive force of rocks were relatively large,their weight values were 7.12%;bore-hole depth,density and explosion heat of the explosive were followed,whose weight values were 6.88%,6.75% and 6.75% respectively.All of which provided scientific theory for wedge slotting blasting parameters selection and blasting design.
