光面爆破孔内间隔装药传爆方法的改进与应用

摘要(Abstract):

在赵山渡引水工程许岙隧洞的开挖中 ,由于现场难以得到光爆专用炸药 ,只能利用直径 2 5mm的乳化炸药卷 ,或者将直径 32mm的药卷劈成条进行连续装药。在这种条件下 ,存在着线装药密度大、临界直径和管道效应等问题 ,不能取得良好的光爆效果。采用间隔装药并依靠导爆索传爆 ,又有成本高的问题。为此 ,进行了只用一发雷管起爆并使孔内间隔装药全部传爆的试验 ,现场试验已经取得成功。这一技术已在隧洞开挖中得到应用。本文概述了这项技术的试验和应用情况。
In excavation of Xuao tunnel in Zhaoshandu water diversion project,the column charging method of using 25mm diameter emulsion explosive cartridges or explosive strips which are resulted from cutting of a cartridge of 32mm diameter was adopted because it was difficult to get the special explosive cartridges for smooth blasting When using this method,a good result of smooth blasting could not be gotten since some problems such as excess linear charging density,critical diameter and channel effect existed After the decked charges were introduced and a detonating cord was used for priming them,another problem,increased cost,occurred For these reasons,a test of which only a Nonel detonator was used to initiate the toe charge and decked charges in a smooth blasting hole was carried out The field test was successful This technology had been used in excavation of the tunnel In this paper,the test and application of this technology are outlined
