摘要(Abstract):
采用延时定向控制爆破方法一次性拆除4座50m高钢筋混凝土烟囱。针对4座烟囱的结构特点、周围环境及安全要求,选择正梯形爆破切口,以增强预留支撑面的强度。为防止烟囱落地产生振动和向前冲,在倒塌的前方设置了减振带和阻冲挡土墙;同时还介绍了爆破拆除取得圆满成功的参数选择及有关的力学计算等问题。
In this paper,simultaneous demolition of four reinforced concrete chimneys standing at 50 meter high and situated in Dalian Cement Works with millisecond directional blasting technique were discussed.Regarding the structural features of the chimneys and their involved environment as well as the safety requirements,trapeziaum blasting cuts were selected so as to increase the strength of the preserved supporting face.And for avoiding the vibration and moving-up,vibration reduction area and earth blocking wall were created.Besides,the paper also discussed the choice of blasting technical parameters and relevant mechanics calculation responsible for the complete success of the demolition.
