20m深水钢沉箱下黏土松动爆破振动监测

摘要(Abstract):

根据要求,对合-淮-阜高速跨淮河特大桥主2#墩深水钢沉箱内黏土松动爆破进行爆破振动测试,以监控爆破振动对沉井钢沉箱的影响。通过精心设计爆破方案和振动测试方案,严格爆破施工、准确测量、认真分析测振结果,研究探讨此爆破施工条件下振动波的传播规律,提出了保证安全前提下一次最大起爆药量。
According to construction requirement,vibration of the standing shot of clay under steel coffer of the 2# pier of He-Huai-Fu highway bridge was monitored,aiming to understand the influence of the blasting to the submarine steel coffer.The law of vibration wave propagation in the course of blasting,which was carefully conducted following the designed blasting program and monitoring scheme,was studied and discussed based on the accurate measurement.As a result,the paper provided the maximum security mass of ignition explosive for single shot.
