摘要(Abstract):
为了研究露天台阶深孔爆破超深对矿岩破碎效果的影响,基于ANSYS/LS-DYNA有限元数值模拟的方法对不同底盘抵抗线条件下超深对岩石破碎的影响进行了初步研究。结果表明,台阶深孔爆破存在临界超深,当超过该值后,作用在台阶坡底处应力值的增幅变小,爆破能量利用率显著降低。通过对应力变化规律的分析得到了临界超深值的范围,可为工程实践提供设计参考。
In order to study the influence of subdrilling of the open step deep-hole blasting on the rock crushing,effects of subdrilling on the rock breaking under the condition of different bench bottom burdens were studied in this paper based on ANSYS/LS-DYNA finite element numerical simulation method.The simulation results showed that there was a critical subdrilling in the step deep-hole blasting.When this value was exceeded,the stress value acted on the bottom of the step would decrease and the utilization rate of the blasting energy would significantly reduce.Through the analysis of the stress change rule,the range for critical subdrilling value was obtained,which could provide a reference for project practices.
