摘要(Abstract)：

本文阐述岩滩水电站右岸厂坝基础开挖中边坡预裂爆破及保护层开挖的“预留薄层保护层，一次钻爆挖除法”爆破技术。
A blasting technique with a slope presplitting blasting and a pre-reserved thin protective layer which is drilled and blasted in just one time is represented in this paper.It was adopted during the foundation excavation of dam and plant on right bank of Yantan Hydropower station.
