线性聚能切割器切割钢索的试验研究及数值模拟EXPERIMENTAL AND NUMERICAL SIMULATION STUDY ON CUTTING TIGHT WIRE WITH LINEAR CHARGE CUTTER

摘要(Abstract):
基于经典射流成型理论计算基础设计了线性聚能装药切割器,利用铜质药型罩切割器对100mm直径的桥梁钢索进行了切割试验,并利用LS-DYNA对线性聚能射流侵彻钢索进行了数值模拟。试验与数值模拟均表明,利用线性聚能切割器切割钢索进行定向爆破拆除是可行的。
Based on the classical theory of shaped jet,a linear shaped charge cutter was designed and subjected to tests in cutting tight wire of 100mm in diameter by linear shaped charge cutter with liner of copper.A numerical simulation of the whole penetration process by linear shaped jet was calculated by LS-DYNA. Test and numerical simulation results showed it was doable to conduct a directional blasting in demolition of tight wire by linear shaped charge cutter.
