摘要(Abstract):
光面(预裂)爆破效果好坏主要取决于钻孔的平行度,钻孔前方便、快捷、精确地测量和调节钻杆姿态是关键。为此将一种先进的高精度电子罗盘安装在钻架臂上,随时监测钻臂的三维姿态,使钻孔方向处于被监控状态,方便及时调整钻孔方向误差,保证钻孔平行度达到设计要求。与国外开发的GPS测向装置相比不仅成本低,且克服了GPS受卫星信号强弱影响的缺点,测量更加准确快速。通过京沪高速铁路多个边坡钻爆工点的试用,取得优质光面爆破效果,炮孔平行度偏差小于1°。
Since effect of smooth(pre-split) blasting depends largely on the parallel degree of drilling,it is key that measuring and regulating drill posture conveniently,fast and accurately before drilling.An advanced high-precision electronic compass was installed in the drill holder in order to monitor the three-dimensional drill-arm posture and the drilling direction,which adjusts error of the drilling direction by time.So,the parallel degree of the drilling meets the design requirement.Comparing with GPS devices developed by foreigners,this electronic compass is not only inexpensive,but overcomes the shortcomings that GPS is impacted by the strength of satellite signal,which makes its measurement more accurately and quickly.With the application of this device in the blasting work of Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway,high-quality smooth blasting effect was obtained and the parallel degree of borehole deviation was less than 1°.
