高温爆破中自适应型耐温护筒炸药设计Design of self-adapting and heat-resisting bangalore for high-temperature blasting

摘要(Abstract):
为了保障露天煤矿高温爆破施工的安全,设计了一种自适应型耐温护筒炸药。首先进行了耐热防护结构的设计,即在柔性耐温隔热护筒中不耦合装填炸药卷并在间隙内充填水凝胶,实现外层护筒先隔热,内层水凝胶再吸热的热防护机理;其次,在护筒上部布设自动泄压孔,通过装药时自适应型耐温护筒炸药间的挤压使多余水凝胶从泄压孔挤出,实现内部装填炸药卷间距的自动调节;最后,进行投掷实验、传爆实验和工艺实验,论证设计方案的可行性和可靠性。实践证明,所设计的自适应型耐温护筒炸药能够满足高温爆破安全、高效施工的要求,值得推广应用。
In order to ensure the safety of high-temperature blasting in open-pit coal mine,the self-adapting and heat-resisting bangalore is designed.Firstly,the heat-resistant protective structure is designed by the explosive rolls filled in flexible heat resistant protective tube and the hydrogel used to filling the gap.The explosive rolls is protected by heat insulation of tube and heat absorption of hydrogel.Secondly,the automatic pressure relief holes are designed in the upper part of the pangalore.Therefore the redundant hydrogel can squeeze out from the pressure relief holes during the charging process and the space of the bangalore is automatically adjusted to meet the charge quality requirements.Finally,the throwing test,detonation test and process test are all conducted to prove the feasibility and reliability of the bangalore.Practice has proved that the designed selfadapting and heat-resisting bangalore can meet the safety and efficiency requirements of high-temperature blasting and this bangalore is worth popularizing and applying.
