基于灰色关联分析浅埋隧道爆破振动影响因素Influence factors of blasting vibration of shallow tunnel based on grey relational analysis

摘要(Abstract):
为安全、科学地控制浅埋隧道爆破振动的危害,采用灰色关联分析方法对浅埋隧道爆破振动影响因素进行分析。选取总药量、最大单段药量、掏槽孔最大单段药量、爆心距和段数为研究的相关因素变量,确定振动速度和主振频率为系统特征变量,结合某隧道爆破实测数据,进行灰色关联计算,然后对其计算结果进行排序和优势分析,得出影响浅埋隧道爆破振动因素的主次顺序,其中总药量、掏槽孔最大单段药量、爆心距和段数起着主要作用;得出了影响浅埋隧道爆破振动的准优因素为总药量,掏槽孔最大单段药量对其也起着主要作用。灰色关联分析法的分析结果对确定浅埋隧道爆破振动影响因素可以提供科学的理论依据。
The influencing factors of blasting vibration of shallow tunnel are analyzed by gray relational analysis.The total explosive charge,the maximum single segment explosive charge,the maximum single segment explosive charge of the borehole,the distance and the number of segments are selected as the variables of the relevant factors,and the vibration velocity and the main vibration frequency are taken as the characteristic variables of the system.Combined with one tunnel blasting real measured data of grey correlation calculation,and then the grey relational calculation results are sorted and analyzed.And the primary and secondary orders of the factors affecting the blasting vibration of the shallow tunnel are obtained.Through the analysis of grey correlation results,the quasi optimal factor of shallow tunnel blasting vibration effect is the total explosive charge.And the maximum single segment explosive charge of the borehole also plays a major role.The results show that the gray relational analysis method can provide a scientific theoretical basis for determining the influencing factors of blasting vibration of shallow tunnel.
