以色列卡迈尔(Carmel)隧道控制爆破设计

摘要(Abstract):

德国DIN4150标准是国际上相当"苛刻"的标准,利用此标准进行控制爆破振动检算在国内尚属探索阶段。本文结合以色列Carmel隧道工程实践,介绍了隧道控制爆破设计,采用雷管分段控制、孔外延时爆破相结合及周边孔增设减振孔等综合减振措施,根据德国DIN4150标准进行振动检算等,并在实践中取得了良好的效果。本文对类似隧道爆破设计有一定的参考价值。
The German DIN4150 is a very"strict"international standard and the controlled blasting calculation with this standard in China is still in an exploratory stage.This paper gave a detailed introduction to the controlled drilling and blasting design regarding our engineering practice in Carmel Tunnels construction.The blasting was controlled in stages by detonators,with the millisecond outside hole blasting and periphery hole to reduce the vibration of the blasting.The vibration was subject to the calculation with German DIN4150 standards and well met the actual construction activities.This paper has some reference value to similar tunnel blasting design.
