空气与水介质不耦合装药爆破数值模拟

摘要(Abstract):

不耦合装药爆破技术是预裂爆破和光面爆破的主要技术措施,是形成光滑岩壁,保护开挖面的主要手段。利用LS-DYNA建立了三维单孔不耦合装药爆破模型,并进行数值模拟,再现了不耦合装药爆破的应力发展过程,得出了爆破应力云图、应力和位移时程曲线图;分析了不耦合系数为2、3、4时,空气和水不耦合装药爆破孔壁应力及对孔壁破坏情况,得出了孔壁应力与不耦合系数的函数关系,并比较了水和空气对应力的衰减速度差异。从而为预裂爆破和光面爆破参数计算提供理论依据。
Decoupling charge blasting technique is the main technical measure of pre-splitting blasting and of smooth blasting and is responsible as a technical measure for the formation of a smooth rock and protecting excavation.The present paper established three-dimensional single-arch decoupling charge blasting model by using LS-DYNA and made numerical simulation and dotted cloud picture of decoupling charge blasting stress which presented the development process of blasting stress contours and stress and displacement time-history graph.The stress of hole wall and its damage situation of the air and water decoupling charge blasting were analyzed in the cases of when the decoupling coefficient being at 2,3 and 4 respectively,resulting in an establishment of the function of the stress and hole wall of the decoupling coefficient,and also the differences of the attenuation rate between water and air were compared which offered a theoretical foundation for the calculation of the parameters of presplitting and smooth blasting.
