多跨拱桥挤压爆破的设计思想DESIGN IDEA ABOUT EXTRUSION BLASTING OF MULTI-ARCH BRIDGE

摘要(Abstract):
多跨拱桥爆破拆除时要求保留桥墩 ,以备架设新桥梁之用。本次爆破不仅环境复杂 ,而且要减少钻爆工作量、控制飞石 ,防止曲拱梁塌落时对桥墩造成损伤。为此 ,经桥梁结构分析 ,决定采用挤压爆破的新技术。文中详细讨论了挤压爆破布孔、装药参数的设计和起爆网路 ,并对曲拱梁的下落过程进行了分析。
When the multi-arch bridge is demolished by blasting method,its piers must be remained so as to use them for construction of a new bridge. In blasting project,the workload of drilling-and-charging must be reduced and the flying rocks controlled but a very complex environment,to avoid the damage of the piers by falling arch beams. For this reason,a new method of extrusion blasting is adopted after analyzing the structure of the bridge. In this paper, the drilling-and-charging parameters and priming circuit for extrusion blasting are discussed in detail and the falling procedure of arch beams is analyzed.
