摘要(Abstract):
介绍了105m高框架-剪力墙结构电缆车间定向爆破拆除案例,根据车间的结构稳定、周围环境复杂、混凝土强度高及解体难度大等特点,制定了向正东方向倒塌的爆破方案。布置一个爆破切口,将暗柱及大面积的剪力墙进行预拆除。采取减振堤降低塌落振动,采取草袋、铁丝网、橡胶输送带、双层密目尼龙安全网等安全防护措施防止飞石危害,达到了良好的拆除爆破效果,可为类似控制爆破拆除工程提供参考。
The directional blasting demolition of 105 mhigh frame-shear wall structure cable workshop was introduced.A blasting scheme of collapsing to east by the characteristics of the structure,complex surrounding environment,high strength concrete and collapse difficulty was designed.A blasting cut was designed.A large area of shear wall and concealed columns were preliminarily demolished.Anti-vibration dams were used to reduce collapsing vibration.Security protection measures such as straw bag,wire net,rubber conveyer belt,double layer mesh nylon nets were used to prevent fly rocks.The good effect of demolition blasting was achieved.It could provide a reference for similar engineerings of controlled blasting demolition.
