210m高烟囱爆破拆除触地振动控制措施研究

摘要(Abstract):

南昌电厂210m高钢筋混凝土烟囱爆破拆除工程,采用在烟囱根部开凿拱形超大导向窗、倾倒方向设置触地危害防护体系等措施进行触地振动控制。振动监测分析和实际爆破效果表明,预开拱形超大导向窗更有利于烟囱根部解体,且触地破碎效果更好;各项减振措施使得触地冲击速度减小到计算值的21%~71%,减振效果显著,相关减振措施可为类似工程提供参考。
The touchdown vibration control measures such as cutting large arc direction-guide window at the root of the chimney and setting the vibration integrated protection system were researched in the blasting demolition project of a 210m-high reinforced concrete chimney in Nanchang power plant.The vibration monitoring analysis and blasting effect showed that cutting large arc guide window was benefit for the disintergration of the chimney root and the touchdown impact velocity could reduce to 21%~71% compared with the calculated value.Thus vibration control measures could provide a reference for the similar directional blasting project.
