基于事件驱动的爆破作业安全管理模式探讨

摘要(Abstract):

爆破作业安全管理的传统模式是以爆破器材(含流向轨迹)、爆破作业单位及爆破作业人员为核心对象建立的录入-查询静态系统模式,在分析爆破作业安全管理三要素及其逻辑联系的基础上,借鉴事务信息科学处理机制,建立了基于事件驱动的爆破作业安全管理新模式。以广东深圳为例构建了B/S架构的爆破作业安全管理信息系统,实现了爆破器材闭环管理、爆破作业单位及其人员精确关联管理、爆破作业项目精细化安全管理等功能,可供爆破作业环境复杂所在区域的爆破企业及安全监管部门参考。
The traditional blasting safety management is the entry-query static system model which takes blasting materials(including flow trajectory),blasting operations units and blasting operations personnel as the core objects.Through analyzing three elements of blasting safety management and their logical connection,a new blasting safety management model based on event-driven was built by using transaction processing mechanism of information science for a reference.Furthermore,a blasting operation safety management information system using of B/S architecture was set up taking Shenzhen case as an example.The system was integrated with functions of closed-loop management of blasting materials,the management of blasting enterprises and their operators,safety management of blasting project.The information system and new safety management model could provide a reference for blasting enterprises and safety supervision departments in the area which blasting operations environment was complex.
