高陡边坡下民采空区处理技术分析

摘要(Abstract):

针对民采空区可参考资料不全、处理难度大的情况,以大宝山露天矿709平台高陡边坡下的民采空区为背景,采用三维激光扫描技术及钻探手段探测并分析了采空区的分布范围及相关参数,确定了其基本状况。由于现场打钻较为困难,综合采用切割孔、加密孔及辅助自由面的形式,并对边坡下的采空区采用爆破振动效应及挤压作用处理,通过爆破参数的调整及起爆网路的优化,成功消除了民采空区的安全隐患,为民采空区的治理提供了思路。
Based on the civil goaf under the steep slope of the 709 platform of Dabaoshan open-pit mine,which had the characteristics of incomplete reference and difficult processing,the three-dimensional laser scanning technology and drilling methods were used to analyze the goaf. The distribution range and related parameters of existence status were determined. Due to the difficulty in drilling at the site, the cutting hole, the encrypted hole and the auxiliary free surface were comprehensively adopted, and the blasting vibration effect and the squeezing action were applied to the goaf under the slope.Meanwhile,the blasting parameters and detonation network were optimized.Safety hazards of the civil mining areas were successfully eliminated,which could provide ideas for the governance of the civil goaf.
