船坞改扩建工程围堰拆除爆破技术

摘要(Abstract):

针对船坞改扩建工程中围堰拆除爆破周边环境复杂、围堰结构复杂且爆破预处理工程量大的问题,根据待拆除围堰的特点和多年来总结的类似工程经验,对船坞围堰爆破设计施工方案进行了综合分析和比较选择,最终设计选择"竖孔和斜孔结合、坞内充水、低潮位一次性起爆的方案";采用竖向浅孔爆破使梁与桩解体分离,采用竖向深孔爆破使桩基底部松动和破碎止水挡墙,采用倾斜深孔爆破处理水下岩坎。同时为减小爆破振动影响以及桩底和岩坎爆破时爆破漏斗对坞口可能产生的破坏,在围堰岩坎与坞体之间设置预裂爆破孔。爆后效果表明,围堰上部纵横梁与钢护筒连接处以及纵横梁钢筋和混凝土分离效果明显,达到了预期的爆破效果。本工程的成功实施拓展了拆除爆破在各类围堰拆除工程中的应用,同时也为爆破研究工作积累重要的科研资料。
The dock reconstruction and extension project is surrounded by a complex environment, with a complex cofferdam structure and a large amount of blasting pretreatment. According to the characteristics of the cofferdam to be demolished and the experience of similar projects summarized over the years, the blasting design and construction schemes of the dock cofferdam are comprehensively analyzed and compared. In the final design, the scheme of "combination of vertical holes and inclined holes, water filling in dock and one-time initiation at low tide level" is selected. The vertical shallow hole blasting is used to separate the beam from the pile, the vertical deep hole blasting is used to loosen and break the base of the pile, and the inclined deep hole blasting is used to treat the underwater rock sill. At the same time, in order to reduce the impact of blasting vibration and the possible damage of blasting funnel to the dock mouth caused by the blasting of pile bottom and rock sill, presplit blasting holes are set between the cofferdam rock sill and the dock body. The results show that the separation at the joint between the vertical and horizontal beams and the steel casing and between the reinforcement and the concrete of the vertical and horizontal beams are obvious, and the expected blasting effect is achieved. The successful implementation of this project not only expands the application of demolition blasting in various cofferdam demolition projects, but also accumulates important scientific research data for blasting research.
