采用大孔径深孔梯段爆破开采堆石料

摘要(Abstract):

白云水电站面板堆石坝采用大孔径宽孔距深孔梯段爆破成功地开采了主堆石料及过渡料。实践证明:大孔径梯段爆破开采强度高,堆石料级配好,可以充分发挥面板坝快速施工的优势;孔口布设小药包,可有效地降低大块率;乳化炸药的使用,既能保证良好的爆破效果,又能降低工程成本。
Large longhole and wide spacing hole echelon blasting is successfully used to mine rockfill materials and transitional rockfill materials in the concrete-face rockfill dam of Baiyun Hydropower Station.Practice indicates that this mining method is high in intensity and good in material grade.It may make the construction of concrete-faced rock fill dam quickly.The small closed charges are disposed at hole entrance that can reduce the ratio of big rock chunk effectively.The application of emulsified explosives can ensure excellent blast-effect and reduce the engineering costs.
